We are a personal training company who are based in Ealing, West London but offer online coaching worldwide. We specialise in providing outdoor fitness classes and personal training for everyone, no matter your age or level of fitness. Our routines are varied, fun and challenging and always shaped around the individual, meaning you get out what you put in. The harder you push yourself the better the results, it’s as simple as that! Our fitness classes utilise functional exercises which are fun, dynamic and great for day to day life.

Our mission is to support you through your journey by helping you to achieve your fitness goals and utilise the most important element, your body. With expert coaching, passion and enthusiasm we will help you to achieve your desired results. Whether your goal is fat loss, keeping in shape or strength and muscle building, we are here to help make it possible.

Our fitness classes are based in Ealing, West London however we provide online coaching worldwide. Come to a class to experience the benefits of outdoor exercise, it's great fun and we guarantee you'll enjoy it!

I believe in a balanced approach to health and fitness in which strength training is combined with balance, joint stability and core training.


I look at the body and it’s movements as an integrated whole, and in doing so I can identify where weak links and muscle imbalances may exist; this important information lays the foundation for a balanced fitness regime in which the individual needs of the client are taken into consideration.


?My goal as a trainer is to provide a balanced approach to your fitness routine in a safe and supportive environment in which you will learn proper lifting techniques. I believe that your workouts should not inhibit your daily lives, rather they should be enhanced by it; therefore I strive to educate my clients on how to keep their bodies safe while working out as well as in daily activities; thereby decreasing the risk for pain and injury.


?I believe in the body's ability to heal itself provided the right conditions - my goal is to help you create these conditions within your workout to tap into your body's inherent ability to heal itself leading to an improved quality of life.
