choreograph new routines every eight to ten weeks, set to popular music. Each routine starts off simply and is easy to learn with the option of high or low impact to suit your own fitness level. Dance Mix classes include the following three sections:
1. Dance and cardio kick warm up: Warm up songs leading onto more high energy cardio kick movements.
2. Salsa workout section: Routine that is taught in simple sections. Low impact options are offered for those who are new or want to take it slower. Or, if you are ready for high impact, this is where you can really go for it and enjoy yourself, get burning those calories!!
3. Stretch and tone: An opportunity to really work on those areas that you'd like to keep toned - legs, arms, and stomach. Mat work included (mats provided, or feel free to bring your own).
